He feel in love with spirit...
Let's all fall in Love with spirit...

Look at Love...

Look at Love...
how it tangles
with the one fallen in love

look at spirit
how it fuses with earth
giving it new life

why are you so busy
with this or that or good or bad
pay attention to how things blend

why talk about all
the known and the unknown
see how unknown merges into the known

why think separately
of this life and the next
when one is born from the last

look at your heart and tongue
one feels but deaf and dumb
the other speaks in words and signs

look at water and fire
earth and wind
enemies and friends all at once

the wolf and the lamb
the lion and the deer
far away yet together

look at the unity of this
spring and winter
manifested in the equinox

you too must mingle my friends
since the earth and the sky
are mingled just for you and me

be like sugarcane
sweet yet silent
don't get mixed up with bitter words

my beloved grows
right out of my own heart
how much more union can there be

The sky was lit by the splendor of the moon
So powerful I fell to the ground
Your love has made me sure
I am ready to forsake this worldly life
and surrender to the magnificence of your Being

In the waters of purity, I melted like salt
Neither blasphemy, nor faith, nor conviction, nor doubt remained.
In the center of my heart a star has appeared
And all the seven heavens have become lost in it.

Because of love
I have become
the giver of light.

I am in Love with Love
and Love is in love with me.
My body is in Love with the soul
and the soul is in Love with my body.
I opened my arms to Love
and Love embraced me like a lover.

Love said
you already have
your own wings,
I will not give you
more feathers.

We are the night ocean filled
With glints of light. We are the space
Between the fish and the moon,
While we sit here together.

Beating your wings and feathers,
you broke free from this cage.
Rising up to the sky
you attained the world of the soul.

Todays guest post is written by Renee Webber. Renee currently lives in South Africa and follows the Tao Te Ching philosophy as best she can as she believes it teaches the road to simplicity. She has a numerology site you can visit at

Life's a Journey, Enjoy the ride

1. Never forget. The more you appreciate what you have got, the more you will receive. Write down a list of these things daily (even weekly will do) in a Gratification Journal. Include simple things like being grateful for your eyesight, water on tap etc. Including appreciation and gratification in your prayers will also bring abundance.

2. Here is a technique you should follow, its a true story: Michael Jordan was asked why he was the best basketball player in the world. He said, because he focused on an image of the basket for 15 minutes every day. He focused on nothing else, not the court, not the other players, not himself and not even the ball... he only saw the basket. And here's the thing, he guaranteed that if you can train your brain to only focus on whatever your basket is, you will get what you want within in 3 months of doing so. It worked for him and can for you too, for just 15mins a day.

3. To begin this 15 minute exercise a day, you should visualise on the ‘end-result’ of whatever it is you want, even if it is money you wish for - start now. This is how it works, as your mind drifts away (cos it will in the beginning)... you have to discipline it, bringing it back to focus on whatever “your basket” is. Within 3 months of this visualisation exercise you will be pleasantly surprised. Just pick up your basket!

4. List at least 10 things of what you want, ranging from your immediate to long-term goals, and place that list in a safe place. A place that you will not forget. My list stays under my mattress. Your Wish List should have a heading also, like “To the universe” or “To my guides”.

5. Every 3 months, review your list and ‘tick’ those things that have materialized and record them in a book with an appropriate name, like ‘My Vault’. This too shows you are truly grateful and more goodies will come your way. Periodically review the notes in your vault, it reminds you of what you have received and this keeps you grounded. Then every 3 months create and place a new Wish List in a safe place.

6. Have Faith, do not allow doubt to cloud what it is that you want. And whenever negative thoughts enter your mind, with questions like “what if?”, “how come?” and “why me?”, it is critical to make the time to find thoughtful answers for those questions… and then drop it and close the door on it. With that done, make a conscious effort to enjoy the NOW. One way to achieve this is to focus on breathing deeply (once or twice) as often as you can throughout your day.

7. Cut pictures out from magazines, pictures of what you would love to have! Stick those pictures or photos inside your cupboard door, on chipboard, or even a fridge for example. Even if you don’t look at your pictures every day, their energy surrounds you so it will come to you. Even write a cheque made out to yourself, a realistic sum of that you would like to receive, and stick it in cupboard, fridge or chipboard. Some things take longer than others – so be patient. Faith costs nothing, just try it.

Be gentle with yourself: Say this as often as you think of it ‘I will, to will, thy will’ and it will be.

Afterthought: These points above are like planting seeds in the ground, first they germinate then they sprout roots, and then they poke their first little shoots up through the ground. It takes some time to go from a seed into a full grown plant. And so just like the points on this list, it takes some time from the first declaration to the final demonstration.

Once your seed is planted, you should water your seed with positive affirmations, soon a little shoot will pop its head up through the soil and over time your tree will grow to blossom and then bear fruit. So be patient and have fun doing it.

Just remember, you never get a degree after only one day in university, it takes time and dedication to receive that degree, but in the end its always worth it.

This is the same as saying: "Rome wasn't built in a day."

So who's going to write some lists? I know i am! I'd love to hear from anyone who already does this or is going to...

"We who are clay blended by the Master Potter, come from the kiln of Creation in many hues. How can people say one skin is colored, when each has its own coloration? What should it matter that one bowl is dark and the other pale, if each is of good design and serves its purpose well."

Love & Light,

Are you radiating your Light?

You have seen them, those people who just glow and always have a smile plastered on their face. Doesn’t life usually go well for them? I believe this is because these people are actively attracting good things to them by consciously radiating their happiness to the world.

When you are internally happy and joyful, your Light radiates for all to see. And you will attract back to you what you send out to the world. Like attracts like! Be one of these happy glowing people and consciously change your mood to Joy, Happiness and Love, in every moment of your day.

Whenever you feel yourself starting to project a negative attitude, pull yourself up. Plaster a smile on your face and tell yourself - “I am a Loving Joyful Happy being, who has only the best in my life. Everything is as it should be. Other people see me an instantly catch my happy bug.” Glow!
